The cold water line is galvinized and starting to shed shards of rust into the lines (ripping the seal in the 2W tub valve over 5 times over the course of the last few months. Time to replace before we have an emergency (and help water flow.)

Unfortunately this means opening up floors and if we are opening floors we may as well add new tile and maybe we redo the bathrooms… where to stop, I don’t know. Hoping not to do walls or at least kick the wall job down the road.
