Why Can’t People Hear What Jordan Peterson Is Saying?

You have a mechanism in your brain that runs on serotonin …that tracks your status—and the higher your status, the better your emotions are regulated. So as your serotonin levels increase you feel more positive emotion and less negative emotion.

The quote above has stuck with me through the course of the day (I read the article last night).

Why Can’t People Hear What Jordan Peterson Is Saying? is a great article outside of the slightly unrelated quote that I poached out of it. The piece is a critique of interview where the interviewer irresponsibly tries to polarize her interviewee using a “sort of exaggeration or hyperbolic misrepresentation”. Worth bookmarking for the articles sake as well as the original fact/quote that stuck with me.
